In large bowl stir mayonnaise, jar of diced pimentos, Worcester sauce, onion, and ground red pepper.

Toast the pecans. Preheat oven to 350*. Bake in one layer, shallow baking pan covered in tin foil. Bake 8-10 minutes. Stir halfway through.

Add pecans and shredded cheese to mayonnaise mixture. Stir until blended.
