Ingredients

50 mins
  • 1/2 cupdiced onion
  • 6 mediumpotatoes
  • white sauce
  • 1/4 cupflour
  • 1/4 cupmargarine
  • 3 tspsalt
  • 1 pintshalf and half
  • 1 pintsmilk

    Cook whole potatoes just enough to soften (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water. Once potatoes have cooled, slice them thinly

  2. 2

    Sautee onions (optional)

  3. 3

    mix together white sauce ingredients til smooth and creamy

  4. 4

    Place potatoes and onions in 3-qt casserole. Add white sauce. Bake (covered) at 350°for 40 minutes or until tender.
