Ingredients

  1. 12 sliceWheat or white bread (include crust)
  2. 1 cupShredded cheddar
  3. 1/2 lbBacon or ground sausage
  4. 8Eggs
  5. 3 cupMilk
  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 1/4 tspPepper
  8. 1/2 tspOnion flakes
  9. 1/4 tspDry mustard
  10. 1 canDiced green chilies

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the following in a bowl (May use mixer):
    Eggs
    Milk
    Salt
    Pepper
    Onion flakes
    Mustard

  2. 2

    Grease 9x13 casserole. Preheat oven to 350*.

  3. 3

    Tear bread into small pieces. Layer bread, cheese, bacon/sausage into casserole. Pour egg mixture over.

  4. 4

    Bake 45 minutes.
