  1. 1 kgmixed tomatoes (different kind)
  2. 10pieces fresh basil leaves
  3. 1/4 cupextra-virgin olive oil
  4. 2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  5. 1 tbsplemon juice
  6. 1fine sea salt
  7. 1 tspwhite sugar

    In a large serving bowl, whisk together oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, 5 basil leaves and half teaspoon salt. Add tomatoes, gently toss to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste. Garnish with remaining basil leaves.
