2 cupOriginal Bisquick mix
1 cupMilk
1/3 cupSugar
2 tbspVegetable oil
1Egg
3/4 cupDried cranberries
1 tspVanilla abstract
1as needed Lemon zest or orange peels

Heat oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cup in each regular size muffin cup.

Mix all the ingredients. Stir in dried cranberries last.

Divide batter evenly among cups.

Bake 13 - 18 minutes or until golden brown.
