  1. 6 tbspButter
  2. 1 tspMinced Garlic
  3. 3 lbBoneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut into Strips
  4. 3/4 tspSalt
  5. 1/4 tspPepper
  6. 3/4 cupHalf-and-half
  7. 1 cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
  8. 1/2 cupGrated Parmesan Cheese
  9. 1/4Yellow Pepper - chopped
  10. 1/4Red Pepper - chopped
  11. 1/4Orange Pepper - chopped
  12. 1/4Onion - chopped
  13. 1 dashItalian Seasoninhg
  14. 1/4Green Pepper
  15. 7 ozSpaghetti, cooked

    Cook Spaghetti and set aside

  2. 2

    Melt butter in a skillet until sizzling;stir in onion, peppers and garlic

  3. 3

    Cook over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until peppers are tender-crisp.

  4. 4

    Remove vegetables from skillet with a slotted spoon and set aside.

  5. 5

    Add chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to skillet. Season to your prefrence

  6. 6

    Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, about 9 minutes or until chicken is golden and tender. Cut chicken to make sure it is completely cooked.

  7. 7

    Add vegetables, half and half, and cheeses to chicken.

  8. 8

    Reduce heat to medium and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  9. 9

    Add vermicelli and toss gently to coat or place chicken mixture on top of vermicelli on plates. Serve immediately
