
Cheesy Chicken-Pepper Pasta

Cook Spaghetti and set aside

Melt butter in a skillet until sizzling;stir in onion, peppers and garlic

Cook over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until peppers are tender-crisp.

Remove vegetables from skillet with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Add chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to skillet. Season to your prefrence

Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, about 9 minutes or until chicken is golden and tender. Cut chicken to make sure it is completely cooked.

Add vegetables, half and half, and cheeses to chicken.

Reduce heat to medium and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Add vermicelli and toss gently to coat or place chicken mixture on top of vermicelli on plates. Serve immediately
