You can, of course, use Lys d'Or flour for hard bread. It's also good for snacks and cooking bread.
It's also great for the shape of circular bread Please also check out the recipe for flat curry breadand flat meat bread.

The way they are squished might depend on the weight of the pan? I also think it affects the color, so please adjust to suite your needs.
If you don't have enough metal rings, then they won't become too squished if you do like I did in Step 8.
Lightly toast it in the if it becomes a little hard, it's really good . For 8 servings. Recipe by Youtank

Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 200 gramsAll-purpose flourr (or bread flour )
  2. 20 gramsSugar
  3. 4 gramsSalt
  4. 20 gramsButter
  5. 130 gramsWater
  6. 4 gramsDried yeast
  7. 1as much (to taste) Anko and sesame seeds
  8. 1 blockCheese

Steps

    Thus is today's main character~ Make the dough in the bread maker.

    Roll up the an paste during that time. Cut the cheese as well.

    After the first rising has ended, roll up into 8 equal portions. Bench for 15 minutes. The photo shows it after benching.

    After benching, stretch out the dough and bury the cheese inside.

    Close the seam tightly.

    Place them on the pan~. Let rise for the second time until they about double in size.

    After rising, mist the rolls and top with sesame seeds if you like.

    In order to keep it from getting smashed too much, I have placed down circular metal rings.

    Cover with a sheet~. Place a pan on top of that, and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 18 minutes. Please adjust the time and temperature according to your household oven.
