Ingredients

  1. 7potatoes
  2. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  3. 1Onion
  4. 2Tomato
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. To tasteHaldi
  7. To tasteLal mirch
  8. To tasteDegi mirch
  9. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  10. 1Tej patta
  11. 1-2Mothi elachi
  12. 2Small elachi
  13. pinchHing
  14. 2 tbspCurd
  15. 2 tbspRefind oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil 7 aloo in one whistle

  2. 2

    Keep rifind in a pan and Fry aloo for 10 to 15 min

  3. 3

    Take a pan put 2 Onion 5 slice garlic and small and 4 tomato and roasted it for 2 to 3 min and make a paste of it

  4. 4

    Take a pan put rifind in it one moti elachi and 1 small elachi and 1 tag patta and hing in small quantity and put the paste you have made

  5. 5

    Cook it for 10 min and add salt like your taste,1 tsp haldi,1 tsp lal mirch,1tsp degi mirch,1tsp garam masala mix it well

  6. 6

    Add small bowl curd in it and mix it well

  7. 7

    Put the potatoes that you have fried mix it well and put 1 glass of water

  8. 8

    Cover it and give steam for 10 to 15 min

  9. 9

    And garnish it with Ciba kesuri mathi

  10. 10

    Dum also are ready to eat
