So I was given this recipe from a friend to try out at my nanny placement and it was quick and easy to prepare before the children come home from school or daycare. If you want a bigger serving just add twice the measuring. This is my first recipe so constructive feedback is OK.

So I was given this recipe from a friend to try out at my nanny placement and it was quick and easy to prepare before the children come home from school or daycare. If you want a bigger serving just add twice the measuring. This is my first recipe so constructive feedback is OK.
Steps

Melt the butter, sugar and vanilla essence in a medium sized saucepan.

Remove from the heat and add the mashed bananas and stir until just blended.

Add the egg and mix well.

Stir in flour then add the milk and lightly mix.
- 5
Bake at 170°c for approx 40-45 minutes (depending on the size of the mixture).

While you wait grab a glass of wine for yourself or other beverage.

Leave on a cooling tray for 5 minutes (please be fragile with transferring to a plate).

Pick up the children and bon apetit.
