Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupbutter
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tspvanilla
  • 2 2/3 cupflour
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    cream butter and sugar

  2. 2

    beat eggs and vanilla in

  3. 3

    add the dry ingredents stir till combined

  4. 4

    chill for 1 hour

  5. 5

    roll to 1/4 inch thick

  6. 6

    cut into shapes

  7. 7

    place 8 cookies on wax or parchment paper in the microwave

  8. 8

    cook on high for 2 minutes or till golden

  9. 9

    repeat till all dough is used up
