  1. 2 cupmethi cleaned washed and chopped
  2. 2onions chopped
  3. 2 cupbesan
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  5. chilli powder to taste
  6. salt to taste
  7. pinch hing
  8. jaggery to taste
  9. 4 tspsuji
  10. Oil for frying
  11. 1/2 tspmitha soda

  1. 1

    Heat oil on low flame.

  2. 2

    Mix besan Suji methi onions turmeric red chilli powder Gud soda salt.add 4tsp of hot oil in Besan.

    Add little water form a dough.

    Fry little balls shape batter in medium hot oil.

  5. 5

    Yummy crunchy methi gota bhajji r ready.
