  • 2 cupmethi cleaned washed and chopped
  • 2onions chopped
  • 2 cupbesan
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • chilli powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pinch hing
  • jaggery to taste
  • 4 tspsuji
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 tspmitha soda

  1. 1

    Heat oil on low flame.

  2. 2

    Mix besan Suji methi onions turmeric red chilli powder Gud soda salt.add 4tsp of hot oil in Besan.

  3. 3

    Add little water form a dough.

  4. 4

    Fry little balls shape batter in medium hot oil.

  5. 5

    Yummy crunchy methi gota bhajji r ready.
