Masala French Fries is deep fried and spiced potato fingers. Buying packets of frozen french fries is definitely not a cost-effective option. Besides, those are loaded with preservative. So, make it at home for your family. To make it healthy, you can bake it in the oven too.
Steps

Take potato, peel it, cut into long fingers.

Soak in water for 5 minutes. (to remove excess starch)

Pat dry fingers on paper towel.

In a bowl add cornflour, black pepper, chaat masala, red chilli powder, dry mint, salt, lemon juice and mix it.

Coat potato fingers in this mixture and then deep fry on medium flame until it turns golden. You can bake them if you want to eat healthy version.

Your Masala French Fries is ready to be served. Sprinkle some red chilli powder and serve.
