Steps

Peel onion and roughly chopped onion, tomatoes,garlic,ginger and green chillies.

Roughly chopped green coriander and spanich.

Heat 1 spoon oil in a wok,add onion,tomato, green chillies, garlic and ginger and saute it.

Now add spanich and saute for 4-5 minutes.

Add green coriander and saute for 1 minutes.

Keep aside when cool,add in a grinder and grind it.make a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a wok add cimemon, cardamom, green cardamom, cloves,bay leaf saute it till smoke in oil.

When smoke keep out all spices from the oil.

Now add cumin seeds when crackle add smooth green paste and saute it.

When leave the oil add curd,fresh cream, turmeric powder, coriander powder,garam masala,salt and mix it well.

Saute for 5 Minutes on low flame.

Add paneer and kasoori methi in green gravy.take one boil and switch off the flame.

Transfer into a serving bowl.

Serve hot with naan/roti/rice....
