  2. 2 1/4 poundspork skin
  3. 2 1/4 poundspork ribs
  4. 4 1/2 poundspork lard
  5. 2oranges
  6. 1 bottlecola
  7. 1onion
  8. 1 headgarlic
  9. Salt, pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a copper pot, heat the lard. Once hot, add the meat.
