Hare Dhaniya ka paratha

Wash hara Dhaniya patta nicely and chop it finely. Add green chillies, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, ajwaine, jeera, salt.

Take aata to the mixer and prepare the dough. Let it set for 10/15 mins.

Now roll the parathas in square shape (can roll in any shape but I learned from Cookpad grp in square shape which i liked).

Now fry the parathas on both the sides by applying oil or ghee.

Serve parathas with butter on it or can serve with chutney too. 🙂
