Coconut and coriander leaves chutney without garlic

In a grinding jar add chopped coconut pieces.

Add chopped coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice.

Grind them together to form a smooth paste.

Prepare the tempering adding oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves and drizzle it over chutney.

Mix them all together and serve it as a taste enhancer.
