2 servings
  1. 1 PieceChopped Coconut
  2. 4 tbspChopped Coriander leaves
  3. 1 tbspSalt
  4. 1 tbspMustard Oil
  5. 1 tspLemon Juice
  6. 1 tspMustard seeds
  7. 1 tbspCurry Leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    In a grinding jar add chopped coconut pieces.

  2. 2

    Add chopped coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Grind them together to form a smooth paste.

  4. 4

    Prepare the tempering adding oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves and drizzle it over chutney.

  5. 5

    Mix them all together and serve it as a taste enhancer.
