Place shrimp in glass bowl and cove with lime juice to marinade for about 10 minutes, or until pink. Meanwhile, place tomato, onion, jalapeño, celery,and avacado in another bowl.

Remove shrimp from lime juice, reserving juice. Dice shrimp and add to veggies bowl. Pour in the remaining lime juices. Add cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste. Gently mix.
