12 servings

3Spring roll wrappers (store-bought)
80 gramsFresh okara
1as much (to taste) Nori seaweed tsukudani
1as much (to taste) Melting cheese

Steps

Cut the spring roll wrappers into fourths.

Place the okara, nori tsukudani, and cheese on the wrapper and roll it up. That's all!

You can either deep-fry these spring rolls or shallow-fry them.

They're good as a snack or in bentos since they're bite-sized.
