Ingredients

  1. 100 gms Coriander leaves
  2. 1 cupbesan or gram flour
  3. 1 cup soaked rice turned into paste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2 spoonsGinger garlic and green chilli paste
  6. Red Chilli powder as per taste
  7. 1 tspcooking soda
  8. Water
  9. 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add chopped coriander leaves, besan and rice paste

  2. 2

    Now add ginger, garlic & paste and species according to taste and cooking soda, oil and mix well

  3. 3

    Add water to make a cake batter or dhokla type consistency

  4. 4

    Steam for 20 minutes, check using knife

  5. 5

    Now let it cool and cut it in desired shapes

  6. 6

    Now deep fry or bake

  7. 7

    I bake in air fryer for 15 minutes on 200
