Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Saute the greens for 2 minutes or until they turn tender. Add salt and mix well. Turn off the flame. Keep it aside to attain a room temperature.

In a dry mixie jar, make a smooth paste of the sauted greens.

Heat oil in another pan over a medium flame. Add the spices, sliced onions and chopped green chilli. Fry till the sliced onions turn translucent.

Now transfer the prepared paste and amchur/lemon juice into the hot pan. Saute for a second and add the boiled peas to it. Allow it to cook for 2 more minutes.

Pour soy milk to the above mix and add salt to it. Allow it to cook over a low flame.

Once the gravy thickens turn off the flame and transfer it into a serving bowl.

Serve hot with roti/rice or bread.I used Malabar Spinach, you can opt any greens..
