Steps

Take a blender and add whipped cream then full cream milk and chopped berries

Blend all ingredients till smooth

Pour mixture into a container

Cover container with foil paper and keep in freezer for few hours

When ice cream is almost set then remove it from freezer and break into pieces carefully using a knife

Blend again, this doubles the ice cream and remove all ice crystals

Pour into container and cover and set in the freezer overnight

Scoop out strawberry ice and top it with strawberry syrup

Serve the ice cream

Grate chocolate block on top of ice cream
