Grind coriander and green chilli in mixi jar

In bowl take besan coriander puri and green chillies.

Add salt and make a batter with water.

In other pan heat oil add red chilli powder and all vegetables. Saute for 5 min.

Add salt and mix well

For making chilli heat nonstick pan.

Make achilla add some oil on it

Roast from both the sides.

Remove from pan.make a long strips using knife

Rolled chilla strips and add sauted vegetable on it.

Make a roll.

Serve with tomato ketch up
