Ingredients

  1. 400 gramssavoiardi sticks
  2. 500 gramsmascarpone cheese
  3. 6eggs
  4. 130 gramssugar
  5. 5 cupespresso (portion)
  6. 5 mlBailey's liquor

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    prepare espressos in advance to cool in the fridge

  2. 2

    beat the egg yolks together with sugar

  3. 3

    add mascapone to the mixture

  4. 4

    separately beat egg whites until stiff

  5. 5

    add egg whites to the yolks+mascarpone mixture

  6. 6

    add bailey's to the espresso

  7. 7

    dip savoiardi sticks in espresso and place into the pan

  8. 8

    add cream on top, and another layer of sticks
