Ingredients

  1. 5 mediumpotatoes cut into 6th long ways
  2. 2 tbsponion powder
  3. 2 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspseasoned salt
  5. 1 tspground black pepper
  6. 2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  7. 1 cupap flour
  8. 1olive oil to cover the taters

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven 450°F Fahrenheit coat the whole wedge in oil

  2. 2

    add spices to flour put wedges in Ziplok bag pour flour on top recoat wedges with oil till flour mixture isnt white put into oven till fork tender about thirty minutes

    take out let rest 10 minutes deep fry till floats and crunchy
