Ingredients

  1. 2 cups..Spinach puree
  2. 1/2 cup Soaked Soya nugget
  3. 1/4 tsp chop garlic
  4. 1/4 tsp chop ginger
  5. 1 chop onion
  6. 1/2 cup tomato puree
  7. As taste..salt
  8. 1/4 tsp red chilli
  9. 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  10. 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  11. 2 tsp Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok,add garlic saute for 1 minute.

  2. 2

    Add chop onion saute till brown add ginger & tomato puree saute few minutes add all dry masala mix well.

  3. 3

    Add soaked soya chunks.cook till soft then add spinach puree cook 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve hot 2 Spinach with Soya chunks.
