Wash hara pyaaz and chop finely. Chop green chilies too.

Take aata in big bowl add all the ingredients with the veggies and adding water knead the dough.

Let the dough set for 10 mins.

Roll each parathas in round shape and fry on both the sides applying oil/ ghee.

Hara Pyaaz Parathas are ready to serve.
