Sabse pahale rava ko ek bowl mein chan le.

Rava mein curd, salt or paani mila kar ghadha better bana le 30 minute ke liye rest de.

Ab better ko chack karein agr ghadha lage tab paani mila kar theek kar le.

Ab better mein baking powder of vinegar milaye.

Bowl ko grease kar le or bowl mein better daale or dusra bowl uske ander rkkhe aise sabhi bowl taiyar karein.

Bowl ko steamer mein 10 minute steam karein bowl taiyar hai.

Ab filling bnane ke liye spinach ko blanch karein(boil water mein spinach ko 2minute ke liye daale or nikal kar cold water mein daale)

Spinach ka pura paani nikal de or chop karein.

Ab gas par pan mein oil garam karein usme chopped onion saute karein green chilli add karein.

Salt or spinach daale crumble panner milaye.

Ab bowl mein filling daale or uper se Mozerrela cheese daale or 2minute microwave karein.
