preheat oven to 375

mix sugar and peanut butter in a bowl

stir in egg until all ingredients are blended very well

lightly grease or spray the pan

use a spoon to portion 10-12 cookies on cookie sheet or pan
6

use a fork to gently press x shaped patterns in the top of cookies
7

place in oven and bake for 12-14 minutes
