Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 500 gramsspinach
  2. 1/2 cupboiled green peas
  3. 1big potato boiled
  4. Chopped fresh coriander leaves
  5. Green chilies
  6. Cornflour
  7. 1bread slice
  8. Dry mango powder
  9. Salt
  10. Oil for shallow frying
  11. 3-4 clovesChopped garlic

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean and wash the spinach in running water.

  2. 2

    Blanch it with salted boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Refresh it with cold water..

  4. 4

    Drain the water completely from spinach.

  5. 5

    Chop it.

  6. 6

    In a small blender add chopped spinach and boiled peas.blend it roughly.

  7. 7

    In a bowl add spinach peas mixture, grated boiled potatoes, coriander leaves green chilies dry mango powder,chopped garlic and salt.

    Mix it well.

    Add cornflour and one fresh bread crumbs for binding.

    Shape it like kabab s

  11. 11

    Shallow fry or pan fry the kababs on low flame till golden brown.

  12. 12

    Serve hot.
