Cut the brinjal into long slices. Sprinkle pinch salt and red chilli powder on slices and keep aside.

Take a bowl,add besan, rice flour, salt,black pepper, amchoor, red chilli powder.mix well.make a batter by using blended boiled palak and as needed water. Consistency like chilla batter. thick flowing.

Heat the tawa. Spread one tsp oil on tawa. Dip the slices in the batter and keep it on the tawa.

Spread some oil on the slices and turn the side. Fry from both sides.
