Steps

First in a mixi jaar add chana daal, GREEN CHILLI, GINGER, SUGAR,SALT and 1/4 CUP WATER.grind it.

Take large bowl pour chana daal mixture add 1tbs OIL and spinach. Mix it well.

Boil water in a big vessel and greased dish for steaming DHOKLA.

Now add ENO and mix it.

Pour DHOKLA BATTER in dish and tap it.

Now steam it for about 10 to 15 min on high flame.

FOR TADKA heat pan add 3 TBS OIL.

Add rai, CURRY PATTA, CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI and white till.

TADKA is ready.

Take out steam DHOKLA and rest for 10 min.

Now pour TADKA and cut into pieces.

Serve with SAUCE or GREEN CHUTNEY.
