Ingredients

30-35 minutes
5servings
  • 1 bowlsoaked Moong Dal (for 2hours) grind
  • 1/2 bowlroasted Oats
  • 5 spoonSpinach(grind)
  • 2 spoonCoriander chopped
  • 2 spoonCoconut grind
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 2Green chilli paste
  • 1/2 tspChat masala
  • 1 spoonFennel seeds
  • 1/2 tspGinger paste
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 pinchHing
  • 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  • 1/2 tspblacksalt
  • (Optional:- 2-3 spoon Besan and water.)
  • 1/2 bowlPomegranate and Grated Radish for Tempering
  • Oil for Frying

Steps

30-35 minutes
  1. 1

    Transfer the prepared moong dal batter into bowl.

  2. 2

    Now add all the Ingredients in it and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now dip your hand in water and start dropping them one by one to hot oil.

  4. 4

    Keep the flame in lower to medium stir occasionally.

  5. 5

    Also fry the pakoda till they turn golden brown.

  6. 6

    Drain off the pakoda on to kitchen towel/ tissue paper to absorb oil.

  7. 7

    Now serve Spinach Moong Dal Pakoda with Green chutney and Imli chutney.
