mix Greek yoghurt with banana and protein powder until smooth in blender and set aside in fridge

mix berries in blender until smooth and set aside in fridge
- 4
add each layer into a a cup with a paddle pop stick to form ice block. allow each layer to harden before adding next layer. place in freezer for at least 4 hours before serving.
