Sabse pehle 1 bade bowl m dahi, palak ar besan ko mix kar lijiye and 1 cup pani dal kar achhe se ghol bana lijiye.

Then now ek kadhai ko gas par garam kijiye and usme 1 table spoon oil dal kar garam kijiye. Then add jeera, hing and methi dana in heat oil.

Then now isme besan wala ghol dal kar achhe se mix kijiye. 5 min isko high flame par cook kijiye ar fir flame ko medium kar dijiye.

Then now add salt and potato peeses. Kadhi ko gadha hone tak pakaiye.

Jab kadhi gadhi ho jaye to flame ko off kar dijiye. healthy palak kadhi tayyar hai.

Hari bhari kadhi ko butter dalkar rice and chapati ke sath serve kijiye.
