  • 1 tbspcrush white peppercorn
  • 4 clovegarlic
  • 3medium onion

    Put all ingredient into pressure cooker on high for 15 minutes

    Put all ingredients onto a pot and bring to a bpil then simmer for 30 minutes then add seasoning
