  • 2Garlic cloves, pounded into a paste
  • 2Egg yolks
  • 1/2 tspDijon mustard
  • 1 pinchpepper
  • 1 cupolive oil
  • 4 tspwine vinigar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender or food processor cream the garlic, egg yolks, pepper, and mustard

  2. 2

    With the machine running add oil in a slow, thin stream

  3. 3

    Add the vinegar

  4. 4

    Pour into a serving bowl or use as quired
