Palak paneer khandvi

Blanch 10-15 leaves of spinach and refresh in cold water

Grind blanched spinach and ginger green chilli paste in a blender

In a bowl add besan,curd, salt,water and sieve spinach ginger chilli puree

Mix all the ingredients well

Heat a pan,to this add besan mixture and cook

Cook till start thickening

Grease back of thali with oil

Spread cooked besan spinach mixture on greased thali

Spread it and let it cool down

Grate paneer and keep.aside

For tempering heat a tadka pan.To this add oil add rai and let it crackle.Then add curry leaves

Pour half tempering on grated paneer

After besan spinach spread is cooled down.Cut it and start folding gently

Pour remaining tempering on rolled khandvi

Also sprinkle tempered grated paneer on khandvi
