Ingredients

  1. 7 oz (200 grams)toasted shredded kunafa dough
  2. Simple syrup, as needed, for soaking the kunafa
  3. 2 packetsFrench vanilla pudding mix
  4. 8.8 oz (250 grams)cream cheese (such as Neufchâtel or similar)
  5. 1 cup(8 oz/225 grams) low-fat cream cheese (about 9% fat)
  6. 1 cup (240 ml)cold milk
  7. 3 tablespoonssugar
  8. 2 cups (500 ml)heavy whipping cream
  9. Ground pistachios, for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour the simple syrup over the toasted kunafa dough and place about 1 tablespoon in each serving cup.

    Whip the heavy cream, pudding mix, and cold milk together until smooth. Add the cream cheeses and sugar, then mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe it into the serving cups. Garnish with the remaining kunafa dough and ground pistachios. Enjoy!
