Ingredients

20 mins
  • noodles (i prefer nestle maggi)
  • eggs
  • chopped onion
  • tomatoes chopped
  • green chillies chopped
  • mustard oil

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Put oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Now crack eggs and scramble it

    A picture of step 2 of Scrambled egg noodles.
  3. 3

    Put chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies and saute it

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 jug water in it

  5. 5

    Now add the noodles in it and boil it for 10-15 mins

  6. 6

    Mix the masala of maggi and serve it hot
