Ingredients

  • 2 slicePemeal Bacon
  • 6Whole Potatoes (Of your choice)
  • 2 tbspSour Cream

Steps

  1. 1

    On a medium sized skillet, make your bacon as you wish.

  2. 2

    Put potatoes in the microwave for 6 minutes or until softened

  3. 3

    Dice bacon and potatoes and throw into a separate skillet together (preferably a grill)

  4. 4

    Melt sour cream into bacon and potatoe half way through

  5. 5

    Add spices as you wish and serve
