Ingredients

2.2 lbs (1 kg)glutinous rice
1.1 lbs (500 g)coconut cream
14 oz (400 g)granulated sugar
4 tsp (20 g)salt

Steps

Soak the glutinous rice for 3 hours, then steam until the rice is tender.

Mix the coconut cream, granulated sugar, and salt together until well combined.

Transfer the steamed rice to a container, pour the coconut mixture over it, cover, and let it rest.
