I felt like trying something new, and I thought of peanut butter.

Chop the onions, garlic and put them in a casserole with olive oil.

Fry them for about 5 minutes in high heat.

Add the potatos tomatos, and carrots chopped up in small squares.

Add water and put a lock on the casserole. Lower the temperature.

When the mix starts to boil, add lentils.

Let the soup cook slowly for about 30 minutes. Then add the peanut butter. Stir the soupe well.
