Preheat the oven to 350°. Prepare a springform pan by surrounding it in aluminum foil.

Crush the graham crackers

Mix other crumb ingredients into the graham cracker crumbs.

Pack the crust into the spring fold pan.

Bake for ten minutes. (It should look a little darker or glossier)

Cool the crust for at least 1-2 hours.

Beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add the condensed milk in a little at a time.

Mix in the lemon juice and vanilla seperately.
- 10
Pour in the filling onto the cooled crust.

Refrigerate until firm ( 2 1/2-3 hours)
