  3. 1banana
  4. 1/2 cupfrozen friut

    blend oats until fine

  2. 2

    add yogurt and blend

  3. 3

    add banana, fruit and blend until smooth

  4. 4

    let stand for 1 minute, then blend again

  5. 5

    enjoy!
