  • 1shredded red potatoes
  • 1garlic salt
  • 1season salt
  • 1velveeta cheese sauce
  • 1bacon bits
  • 1diced ham
  • 1eggs
  • 1avocado
  • 1olive oil
  • cupmilk

  1. 1

    Cook shredded potatoes in 2 tblspn olive oil with seasonings

  2. 2

    In seperate skillet cook bacon crispy and diced ham on side

  3. 3

    In saucepan bring velveeta cheese , milk, and medium pace picante sauce to boil stir together

  4. 4

    Add meats to cheesesauce

  5. 5

    Fry 2 over medium eggs and slice and salt avocado
