Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 8-10kalkatti pan (betel leaves)
  2. 3-4 tsppan Masala
  3. 1 tspflavored saunf & Khas Khas
  4. 1 tspGulkand (or more)
  5. 1 cupvanilla ice cream
  6. 1/2 cupfull fat milk
  7. 1/4 cupcrushed ice

Steps

  1. 1

    Assemble all ingredients. Wash pan leaves.

    Cut pan leaves in small pieces. Add saunf, pan Masala & Gulkand In a mixer jar. Grind all.

    Pour vanilla ice cream, milk & ice. Blend all.

    Pour in shot glasses. Serve chilled pan shot.
