Even though it's winter... Thailand is incredibly hot. Find something refreshing to drink and enjoy the natural flavors. It pairs well with the scorching weather and the upcoming summer.

Peel the ripe mango and cut it into 1/2-inch cubes.

Cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Peel the coconut, separate the water, and grate the young coconut meat into fine strips.

Combine the mango, watermelon pieces, and young coconut in a pitcher. Pour in the reserved coconut water and stir well. Serve in glasses.

For a chilled version, refrigerate or add ice before serving. If you prefer it fresh, enjoy it right away to preserve the flavor.
