Ingredients

  • 1 kgpetha(sitafhal)
  • 4chop onion
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • To taste salt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tspmustard oil
  • 1 bowlatta dough
  • as neededfor frying oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Petha ko peel ke wash ke cut ke le.

  2. 2

    Wok main oil smoke ke onion and green chilli dal ke 2 minutes saute ke all masala add ke 2 minutes saute ke petha dal ke mix ke cook ke le.
