Ingredients

  1. 3eggs beaten
  2. 9 ouncesoil
  3. 3 cupsflour
  4. 2/12 cupssugar
  5. 1 1/2 cupsmilk
  6. 1 1/2 tablespoonspoppy seeds
  7. 1 1/2teaspons salt
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoonsbaking soda
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoonsalmond flavor
  10. 1 1/2 teaspoonvanilla
  11. Glaze
  12. 1/4 cuporange juice
  13. 3/4 cuppowder sugar
  14. 1/2 teaspoonsvanilla
  15. 1/2 teaspoonalmond flavor

Cooking Instructions

    Combined all ingredients for the muffin batter and mix well until fully incorporated.

    Portion the batter into muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees, bake for approximately 20 minutes until tooth pick done.

    Remove the muffins from the muffin pan to a cooling rack on a sheet pan.

    With a fork poke holes in the tops of the muffins,.

    Mix the glaze and brush or dip the muffins. Sprinkle powder sugar if desired.
