Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease any size pan you choose with cooking spray.

Brown meat in a non stick skillet til no longer pink. Add the bbq seasoning and mix it into the meat. Drain the meat (Draining of meat is optional)

Layer the meat into the bottom of the pan.

Layer the cans of corn and peas on top of the meat layer. Either one can go first or add both alltogether.

Follow package directions for the instant potatoes and spread thinly and evenly over the corn-peas layer.

Place pan in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until top of potatoes are golden brown.
